Information we may collect from you

• If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

As part of the process for incorporating a company and filing information, we are required to share your information with Companies House in order to complete the incorporation. By using our site, you are agreeing to this exchange of information.

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
