Our story and people

Our Story

At Lightwork Business our purpose is simple. By making 'light work' of your business needs we aim to save new and growing businesses time and make it easier for people to establish and run their companies.

This is based on the premise that we know sorting out the fundamentals to get a company up and running isn’t what people go into business for – their business idea is. As a result we simply want to make dealing with us as straightforward as possible and make 'light work' of the more mundane elements - the legal, compliance and administrative basics - of running a company!

Today, we are therefore a trusted provider of company formations, company address, self-serve legal documents and company compliance products and services to entrepreneurs and small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) that want to make dealing with the basics as easy, efficient and cost effective as possible.
